1. introduction

Action is intended for the meeting of breeders, growers and companies and for exchange, sale and exhibiting terrarium animals, aquarium fish, exotic plants, breeding and growing needs and tools, feed, specialist literature, etc. (miscellaneous goods).

1.1 Anyone who offers for sale or exchange of the goods mentioned in point No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as "participant"), is obliged to familiarise himself with the 'Regulations' of FAUNA TRHY OSTRAVA and undertakes to comply with its rules.

1.2 Arrival and installation of goods must take place from 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.

2. Rental space/table

2.1. All participants are obliged to properly register and rent a space/table before FAUNA TRHY takes place.

2.2. Tables/space can only be rented by filling out the application form on the FAUNA TRHY website or by sending an email.

2.3.  Payment for the space/table according to the valid price list will be made to the organiser on the day of the FAUNA TRHY market in cash before the doors open to visitors.

2.4. Transferring the table to another place or any other participant without the consent of the organiser is prohibited.

2.5. The participant is fully responsible for the goods that they offer on their tables or reserved space.

2.6. The participant is fully responsible for the health and condition of their animals.

2.7. Any sale or exchange of goods without booking and renting a space/table is prohibited.

3. taking over the point of sale

3.1. Taking over the reserved space/tables and installation of goods takes place from 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. (note that during this time participants can exchange and sell goods among themselves). After this time, the organiser can sell the space/table to another interested participant, if you fail to show. From 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., free access to FAUNA TRHY premises will be allowed only to duly booked participants and their assistants (maximum two persons). Entry to other persons is permitted only after payment of priority entry (100,-Kč).

3.2. Organiser reserves the right of a participant to be moved to another location during FAUNA TRHY.

3.3. CANCELLATION TERMS: If after registering for FAUNA TRHY you cannot participate for any reason, we ask you to cancel in writing to the email info@faunatrhy.cz no later than the THURSDAY before the event FAUNA TRHY. In the event that you do not arrive at FAUNA TRHY or send a cancellation to the above email on the specified date, you will be billed for the previous reserved and unoccupied area at other FAUNA TRHY in full.

Current dates are located on www.faunatrhy.cz, always from 08:00 to 12:00 for visitors.

 If an animal escapes during FAUNA TRHY, it is the responsibility of the owner of the animal to report this fact to the organiser immediately.

Each participant provides sales boxes, cages or tank himself and makes sure it meets the needs of animals.

Recommended box dimensions:

For turtles - 2 times the carapace length

For lizards and amphibians - 1.5 times the body length (excl. tail)

For rodents - at least ½ of the bottom remains free

For snakes - 1/3 total length

The height of the box should not be less than 2 times the height of the body. For stick insects 3 times.

It is also necessary to provide suitable bedding, food and access to water.

Sales boxes, cages or tanks must be secured so that animals cannot escape. Participants are required to ensure that no one from the organisers, other participants and visitors of the exchange have not been threatened or injured by their specimens, otherwise they carry full responsibility for such actions. The participant is obliged to provide the buyer necessary information regarding the purchased animal.

In the event that the Environmental Inspection authority informs the organiser about violations of regulations (e.g. CITES, etc., Nature Protection Act), the participant will be expelled from FAUNA TRHY without any compensation and by breaking the law will bear all the resulting consequences.

9.

Participants who sell goods on a trade certificate must display their own sign with the name of the company and CIN visible at the point of sale.

10.

The exchange and sale of animals at FAUNA TRHY may only take place under conditions established by this 'Regulation' and in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic and the EU.

11. FORBIDDEN ACTIVITIES

11.2. To offer animals to persons under 15 years of age unaccompanied by a parent

11.3. It is prohibited to exhibit or offer for sale/exchange of an animal that is genetically or artificially modified (e.g. GloFish & tattooed animals) is in violation of the provisions of § 4 paragraph 1 letter g) Act no. 246/1992 Coll.

11.4. Exhibit, offer for sale or exchange invasive species according to EU Regulation No. 1143/2014

11.5. Exhibit, offer for sale or exchange animals physically exhausted, ill, suspected of illness, pregnant females and offspring incapable of independent food intake.

11.6.  It is prohibited to sell aquarium fish at FAUNA TRHY genetically modified (GMO), coloured or tattooed.

12.

13. General conditions

13.1. Smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages or the use of other addictive substances is strictly prohibited in the premises.

13.2. All participants of FAUNA TRHY are obliged to follow these 'Regulations' and heed the instructions of the organiser.

13.3. Organiser is not responsible for damages or losses to participants incurred during FAUNA TRHY.

13.4. Each of the participants is obliged to maintain order in all areas of FAUNA TRHY and after its end, restore your point of sale to its original state.

13.5. At FAUNA TRHY other events may be promoted only with the organiser's consent.

13.6. The participant is responsible for all damages caused at FAUNA TRHY and undertakes to theirs removal or financial compensation.

13.7. In case the participant violates any of the above points, the organiser has the right to expel the participant from FAUNA TRHY without any compensation.

13.8. Participants agree to the publication of photos of their persons, tables with goods, etc. taken by the organiser on the website and for other advertising purposes.

13.9. Photography or making audiovisual recordings at the event is only possible with the organiser's permission.

13.10. The participant is obliged to park, transport, unload and display your goods in such a way as to act as quickly as possible and thus enable unloading or loading to other participants as well. Car parking is only possible at reserved areas.

13.11. Participants are required to use electrical equipment with a valid revision according to ČSN 33 1600 ED.2 (Inspection and checks of electrical appliances during use).

13.12. The participant is obliged to behave towards other participants of FAUNA TRHY with common courtesy.

This set of 'Regulations' is valid from 01 January 2024. This order is binding on everyone incl. participants and visitors of FAUNA TRHY.
